use the beater blade all the time 2010-03-03 |

| The Beater Blade has been a wonderful addition to the 6-qt stand mixer. I've used it multiple times since I got it, several batches of cookies and pumpkin bread! |
Great Add to Mixer 2010-02-15 |
| By Cake Diva (Arkansas, USA) |
| This beater does exactly what its suppose to do. It really mixes all my cake batters and icings very well. My only complaint is when I am mixing two cake mixes, it doesn't mix the dry ingredients at the very bottom of the mixing bowl. That has only happened twice, but overall it works great! |
Beater Blade 2010-02-11 |

| The beater blade is everything that it was made out to be. It helps mix the ingredients in the bowl quickly and efficiently, and just about eliminates any need to stop the mixer to scrape the insides of the bowl. I highly recommend it. |
Kitchen Aid Mixer Beater 2010-02-01 |
| By Twinkle Teacher (Oklahoma) |
| I wish I had this beater years ago. I can not believe how wonderful it is to beat cakes, quick breads, muffins, etc. My biggest complaint of my 6quart mixer was that the beater did not touch the bottom of the bowl. I would have to stop the mixer and use a scraper on the sides and the bottom. It was just easier to use my hand mixer. Now I love my stand mixer and can prepare the recipe while it is mixing. It is so much easier. I am so glad my son sent me this as a Christmas gift. I like it so much, I ordered one as a gift for my best friend. Thank you for inventing this!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope it will last as long as I like the working performance. |
Not as good as side swipe 2010-02-01 |

(It was pointed out to me that I posted this on the version for the 5 qt bowl when it should have been posted here. Thanks to the gracious individual who let me know about this mistake and sorry for the confusion...)
I recently bought a Kitchen Aid Pro 6 which I'd been lusting after for years. Expecting the problem of the five qt model to be resolved, I was disappointed to see this powerful beater slinging the contents of the bowl to the sides, repeatedly making me stop the bowl and scrape down again. I had a sideswipe beater blade for my 5 qt and it was great. Ordering the Beater Blade for my Pro 6 was a big mistake. I'm returning it and buying the Sideswipe because the BB is NO improvement over the blade that came with the 6 qt. If you want this... |
