| We bought this a year ago and my goodness, we sure love it. I love to experiment with all of the different flavors and I have never been disappointed in any of them (except gingerbread....). My husband and I drink a lot of coffee and this machine has held up to a lot of use. The coffee is flat out fabulous. I don't care what the espresso snobs say, this is the real deal. Tastes better than espresso from your local coffee shop. The espresso is hot and quick to make. Each pod is about 55 cents, purchased on Nespresso's website. They make their money on the pods so their customer service is GREAT if you have any problems with the machine. Our frother broke after one or two uses and Nespresso quickly sent us another one - and an upgraded one to boot. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT and when you order pods, they usually arrive the next day. I cannot say enough about this machine. After a year of use, I still look forward to my morning espresso. |

Machine is very good overall, but if you are used to Starbucks/Coffee Bean/Peet's you might not appreciate all of Nespresso's coffees.
I had a Peet's espresso in my hand when I was given a sample of Nespresso's "Livanto", strength 6/10 by Nespresso's ratings. To be honest, I could barely taste the "Livanto" after I sipped on the Peet's. Get the Ristretto capsules (10 rating). |

| I've had this machine less than one week. We had a dinner party for 3 couples the day after I received this machine and I made each of them a cappuccino after dinner. Every person remarked on how good it was and two of them asked me for the make and model of my cappuccino maker so they could get one. So far this is the best and easiest cappuccino maker I have owned. The Aeroccino milk frother makes excellent milk froth. I use 1% milk and it still tastes great. Not sure whether time will make a difference but for now I highly recommend this machine. The only negative I have is the capsules are somewhat expensive. If you and your spouse have 3 cups of espresso/cappuccino in the morning, you just spent over $4.00. |

| This is the best couple out there.... Great coffe and very frosted milk in just seconds, my friends love my capuccinos, easy to use, easy to wash, and to storage, if you like cappuccinos, do not hesitate and buy this item!!!! |

The delivery of our purchased Nespresso Machine by Amazon was on time and packed in excellent way. Outstanding service!
Nespresso machines are producing the best Espresso -for coffee drinker!- The Nespresso C100 is an excellent Espresso Machine. This is the 3rd Nespresso Machine we bought so far. 2 others (bigger than this one) are in our apart in Europe. This time we wanted a smaller one to fit in an apartment kitchen. The choice was between the C100 and the red C120 Citiz. Finally we agreed to buy the C100, because the prize was correct as it included the Aeroccino. Certainly the C120 Citiz is nice, but so far rather expensive. Furthermore the capsules (each year 2 new additional aromas) can be bought (and tasted!)in the Washington DC/Maryland area, even if the ordering of the Grands Crus is easy and efficient. |
